Ski town art galleries are often associated with artwork that has a Western theme. Typically, the subjects are regional themes such as portraits of horses, bears, fish, or realistic wintry mountainscapes. Park City, Utah, is renowned as a ski town with a fantastic art scene. Therefore, I was excited to visit over the holidays but also a little skeptical that I would find contemporary art that I would like. While the galleries that line Park City's Historic Main Street predominantly showcase Western art, I came across a few that exhibit contemporary art. Here are three art galleries worth visiting in Park City, Utah.
